Creator and affiliate terms
These terms cover the creator programme, campaigns, gifted products and services, and the affiliate arrangement. They are a plain-language summary of how we work together.
1. Joining
Membership is by application and approval. We may decline or end a membership, and you may leave at any time. Your account and your data stay yours: you can ask us to export or delete them.
2. Disclosure
You must clearly and visibly disclose gifted products, free services, paid collaborations and affiliate links on every piece of content, as the rules of your platform and your country require. Hiding the relationship ends the partnership.
3. Gifted products and services
Samples and free services are offered against an agreed campaign and are approved one at a time. They are not a credit balance and have no cash value. If the agreed content is not delivered, we may decline future requests.
4. Content and permission
Your content stays yours. DigitEMB only reuses it where you have given permission, and only in the places you ticked — our website, our social accounts, advertising or email. You can withdraw permission for future use at any time.
5. Other people’s artwork
Do not send us artwork you do not have the right to use, and do not show another customer’s logo, name or order in your content. We will not supply it.
6. Commission
Commission is earned on qualifying orders and enquiries attributed to your link or code within the attribution window shown on your dashboard. Rates are set per campaign and per product. Self-referrals do not qualify. Refunded, cancelled or fraudulent orders reverse the commission they created.
7. Promotion rules
No bidding on DigitEMB brand terms in paid search, no coupon or voucher aggregation sites, no unsolicited bulk messaging, and no claims about price, turnaround or capability that we have not given you in writing.
8. Payouts
Commission is held while an order settles, then becomes payable. Payouts are recorded by our team against your account with a reference. We never mark a payout as sent unless the payment was actually made.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are notified in your dashboard. The terms in force when a campaign starts govern that campaign.
