Privacy on the creator platform
This covers creator.digitemb.com only. The main DigitEMB privacy policy covers the website and the shop.
What we hold
Your application details, the social profiles you gave us, your campaign and content history, your referral links and their performance, your commission and payout records, and the messages between us.
Click tracking
A tracked link sets a first-party cookie on creator.digitemb.com holding a random id — no name, no email. We record the click, the referring page, the browser string and a one-way hash of the IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses, and we do not sell or share this with advertisers.
Payout details
Payout details are encrypted at rest. Staff see only a masked hint, never the full detail, unless they are recording a payment.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account and delete it. Some records — a payout that has actually been made, for instance — we keep for as long as the law requires.
